During the 19th-century French Belle Époque period, the bride's globe, or "globe de mariée," became a cherished tradition symbolizing marital bliss and prosperity. These meticulously crafted glass domes featured an array of intricate wedding mementos such as tiaras, veils, and dried and gilded flowers, elegantly displayed to commemorate the union and celebrate the bride's journey into matrimony.
